Vacancies at AerogridUAV

AerogridUAV currently has the following vacancies:

Control Engineer

AerogridUAV is looking for a Control Engineer to join the team in Delft and develop the mission‑critical control software for our hybrid‑lift VTOL UAVs and autonomous landing system. In this full‑time, on‑site role you work on advanced flight‑control and state‑estimation algorithms, interact with landing‑pad prediction models to generate safe, precise landing trajectories, and take designs from MATLAB/Simulink to embedded implementations in C++ and Python. You have a strong background in aerospace or control systems, are comfortable with 6‑DoF modelling, sensor fusion and Software‑/Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop testing, and you are motivated by seeing your code fly on real UAVs during demanding offshore and field campaigns.

Software Engineer (Autonomous Landing Focus)

AerogridUAV is looking for an Autonomous Landing Software Engineer to join our team in Delft and help develop the mission‑critical software for our VTOL drones and autonomous landing systems. In this role you will work fully on‑site, designing landing algorithms, state‑estimation pipelines and neural networks for safe landings at sea and on land, and taking prototypes from MATLAB/Simulink into production in Python/C/C++. You enjoy working in a small, fast‑growing deep‑tech team, take a lot of ownership, and are excited that your code will actually fly on UAV tests with defence and offshore partners.
