Our system combines data from complementary sensing technologies to track the landing pad's position and orientation in real-time. By integrating multiple data sources, the system maintains accurate tracking even when environmental conditions degrade individual sensor performance. This approach eliminates dependence on GPS, operating reliably in GPS-denied environments using only onboard systems.

Machine learning algorithms analyze the platform's movement patterns to forecast its future position. By identifying motion characteristics, the system anticipates when the platform will be optimally positioned for touchdown. This predictive capability enables safe landings even when the target is in constant motion due to environmental forces.

The system generates flight paths that align with the UAV's performance capabilities while continuously adapting to changing conditions. As new data becomes available, the trajectory is recalculated to maintain optimal approach geometry. If platform motion becomes unpredictable, the system can automatically abort and retry the landing sequence, ensuring safety throughout the operation.

Our autonomous landing system enables UAVs to deploy from naval vessels, offshore platforms, and support ships using portable landing markers that can be quickly installed on any deck surface. This transforms standard vessel spaces into operational UAV platforms for naval ISR, offshore wind inspections, maritime search and rescue, and emergency response in remote oceanic regions. Field-tested by the Dutch Navy in sea state 5+ conditions and GPS-denied environments.

In partnership with the U.S. Army, our system enables UAVs to autonomously land on moving trucks, mobile command posts, and tactical carriers. The lightweight landing infrastructure mounts on any vehicle platform and can be rapidly repositioned as missions change. This eliminates fixed base dependency, enabling extended reconnaissance missions, mid-mission battery swaps from forward positions, and operations in areas where infrastructure is damaged or nonexistent.
